Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Dive Sight Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

  • You must be over 18 years of age to purchase from our website.
  • You agree to provide accurate personal details (name, date of birth, address, etc.) when ordering.
  • Your prescription must have been issued by a registered optician or ophthalmic medical practitioner within the last 2 years.
  • You are responsible for providing an accurate prescription and Inter-Pupillary Distance (IPD).

2. Payment

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering.
  • Payments are subject to validation and authorisation by your card issuer. If refused, Dive Sight Ltd is not liable for non-delivery.

3. Delivery (UK)

  • Goods are dispatched on a guaranteed next day delivery once completed.
  • Delivery is to the address provided at checkout unless otherwise agreed.
  • Orders are typically delivered within 28 days.
  • Dive Sight Ltd is not liable for losses or charges due to late delivery.
  • Inspect goods on arrival. If damaged or incorrect, do not use them and notify us immediately.

4. Delivery (International)

  • Delivery is via Airsure or Royal Mail International Signed For.
  • Local duties or taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.

5. Pricing

  • Prices are correct at the time of display and include UK VAT.
  • We reserve the right to alter prices without notice.
  • Colour availability is subject to manufacturer stock. If your chosen colour is unavailable, we will advise on alternatives.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You have a 7-day cooling-off period under Distance Selling Regulations.
  • Exclusions: Custom-made goods such as prescription lenses.
  • We will refund the cost of the mask (less glazing costs) if returned unused, in original packaging, with all documentation.
  • Delivery charges will be refunded if goods are defective or damaged, provided they are returned within 8 days.
  • We recommend using Recorded Delivery for returns, as the risk remains with you until received.

7. Liability

  • Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
  • We are not liable for errors in the prescription or IPD provided by you.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the product in question.
  • Sports eyewear offers impact resistance but is not unbreakable.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Final Notes

  • No lenses are completely “scratch-proof” or “fog-proof.”
  • By ordering, you confirm you understand and accept these terms.

9. Credit Card Chargebacks

  • By placing an order with Dive Sight Ltd, you agree to contact us directly to resolve any issues with your order before initiating a chargeback with your card provider.
  • Chargebacks should only be used as a last resort in cases of genuine fraud or non-delivery.
  • Unwarranted or fraudulent chargebacks (for example, where goods have been delivered as described) may result in us disputing the claim with your card issuer and providing full evidence of the transaction, including order details, prescription records, and delivery confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to recover from you any fees or costs incurred as a result of an unjustified chargeback.
